The Rotary Clubs of Carlisle and Carlisle Sunrise and Sunset Clubs hosted
a joint holiday dinner on December 13th. We Raised $24,200 to support Tomorrow's Neighbors in Carlisle. This wonderful organization's "mission is to empower Returning Citizens to stop the cycle of crime by becoming responsible community members.
Our vision is to significantly reduce the crime and recidivism rates in Pennsylvania".
We are honored to be a supporter of this excellent program. Kurt Danysh, Executive Director was present along with several other guests. Presidents Kim Lockwood (Carlisle Sunrise) and Travis Soprano (Carlisle Rotary) were the Masters of Ceremony.
District Governor Paul Thompson and his wife, Past District Governor Fred Gellert, and others enjoy the auction.
Karen Longnecker and Cindy Gleim-Pool (the event organizer) log in the donations and auction items.
Rotarians enjoy the program, good food, and fellowship.
